About Us

Having completed University with a Marine Engineering degree, I then entered the world of HVAC, working for a leading refrigeration/air conditioning wholesaler, applying thermodynamics and engineering principles. 2 years later I moved to a major HVAC manufacturer discovering design, application and customer service skills within this large corporate company where I remained for 11 years. 

Client relationships and service levels have always been at the forefront of my daily approach and I have learned that this is the key to any successful solutions providing business. Creating Dynamic Climate Limited was the natural next step for me, to be able to shape an agile, sales business with the customer’s requirements considered before any decision is made or process is undertaken. 

    I started in the Air-conditioning Industry at an early age, learning the ropes from Technical support, Operations, Logistics, and Sales. Working for 2 leading manufacturers, with a diverse range of responsibilities and objectives. My 20 years in this industry has taught me that the customers experience and perception is the most valuable “thing” and what I measure my/our success on.

With an interest in finer technical details of the products we sell, and the aim of making the customer experience the best it can possibly be, Dynamic Climate will be our platform for excellence in service “True Partnership”.  

 With 14 years experience in the HVAC industry I have had opportunities to learn from two leading manufacturers which has helped shape me to who I am today. From administration, logistics, creating and overseeing national operations and achieving sales targets, I feel now is the time to create something a little more ‘Dynamic’. My key focus has always been on providing the best possible customer service and Dynamic Climate Limited will be just that, a quality, flexible and friendly service. 

After completing 10 years as a HVAC service and commissioning engineer in the Southwest, I ventured into the world of sales, taking up the position of Business development manager with a large manufacturer. Remaining there for nearly 14 years.   Building lasting relationships with customers, by offering excellent service levels, has always been at the heart of my approach. Joining Dynamic Climate was a straightforward decision as the business mirrors this approach, with the customer’s requirements carefully managed at each stage of the process 

 I really enjoy being a part of the Dynamic Climate team! Unlike my fellow colleagues, I do not have any background in HVAC, but I love learning! I do however have many years of experience in administrative and client-driven roles. Support and organisation are a necessity for any business to make it flow as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I cannot wait to help and contribute to making DC grow!

Having completed a HNC in Building Services and served as a Project Manager for 7 years overseeing installations of everything HVAC, I entered the world of sales with a market leading air conditioning manufacturer. 

With my previous role I went into sales knowing what customers needed to keep fast paced projects on track. Providing high levels of customer service is paramount to this and building long standing customer relationships. Dynamic Climate’s high levels of customer service is aligned with my own standards so is perfect to build relationships in the midlands region. 

Having worked for large wholesalers and smaller independent companies in the HVAC industry, I love how every job is different and requires a different approach.  The Dynamic Climate teams’ ethos of excellent customer service is something that I love being a part of. Delivering knowledgeable, accurate and customer driven service regardless of if the job is a spare part, single split or a multi floor VRF system. 

I love the ever-changing nature of the HVAC industry and constantly learning to better the service we can give our clients. 

I have recently joined the Dynamic Climate team following my graduation from university with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Entering the HVAC industry was an opportunity which excited me greatly. Not only am I able to directly apply my knowledge of thermofluids and CAD from my university studies, but here at Dynamic Climate, I am surrounded by a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise which I am able to learn from. I am also able to implement my experience from my early career in a customer service role and I look forward to being able to blend this with my growing technical and engineering knowledge.

  I joined the Dynamic Climate team after running my own cleaning business.Being a rather social person, I loved getting to know my clients on a personal level and was extremely lucky to often find myself a cherished member of the family home. I very much want to bring this same energy to my new role at Dynamic Climate, building relationships and assisting Tim and Luke in all that they do leading the company.

Unlike the majority of the Dynamic Climate family, I’m new to the HVAC industry. I am incredibly excited to be learning from such a great team with a huge wealth of knowledge of the industry. 

Before joining Dynamic Climate, I played & coached sport at a semi-professional level and worked in the landscaping industry. Being a part of high-performing teams and solving problems for customers has always been a part of my job that I’ve loved. 

I’m looking forward to applying those skills to building on new & existing relationships as the business grows.

Outside of work I enjoy all sports, but these days I’m likely to be on a golf course rather than a rugby pitch!

  I joined Dynamic Climate for their clear focus on doing a great job for their clients, keeping it fun, and making the most of everyday. Working in the fitness industry for many years has allowed me to gain hand on experience with building great relationships with customers, contractors and team members. I get a huge sense of achievement when I know I’ve delivered results and we’ve worked fantastically as a team. I hope to use my systemic and organisational skills to help support the customers of Dynamic Climate. 

Having left the University of Hull with a degree in Business Management, the HVAC industry was not the first place I would have thought I would forge a career. Then an opportunity presented itself as an account manager at a leading manufacturer where I enjoyed 13 years which gave me an unofficial apprenticeship into this industry. 

A new challenge was offered working in an incredible customer focused team at Dynamic Climate.

After completing my university degree in Mechanical Engineering, I joined the Dynamic Climate team presenting to them a wide range of skills I had obtained and developed such as lateral thinking, teamwork, and core technical skills like CAD, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics. The HVAC industry is vast and developing industry which poses the opportunity for self-development and industry knowledge. This opportunity allows me to dive deep into project handling and connecting with clients on a professional and technical level which will greatly benefit my future development. The idea of being someone that can provide technical help and solutions to clients is a very fulfilling thought and I will aim to benefit the team within this industry as much as possible.

 Having been educated as an electrician, I bring a unique skill set and a deep appreciation for the intricate design and optimisation of HVAC systems. My passion lies in creating solutions that not only meet the highest standards of functionality but also contribute to the overall efficiency and sustainability of projects. I am thrilled to be onboard with Dynamic Climate, after gaining valuable work experience the team welcomed me with warmth and presented a positive and driven ethos. I am excited about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to contributing to the continued success and growth of Dynamic Climate 

With over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry working in various roles for contractors, wholesalers, and manufacturers I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. Over the years, I have achieved an HNC in Building Services, NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and Level 3 2330 in Electrical Installation and Testing. I joined the Dynamic Climate team as their values aligned with my own in regard to customer service providing high quality service particularly focusing on Applications, Design, Technical Support by interacting with consultants, contractors and field engineers. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every project is different and applying my experience to ensure I have delivered accurate, detailed information.
